      I’m still a scientist in training, so I don’t have a proper salary. I get a scholarship of around £1200 a month and I teach a little bit on top of that 🙂

      I earn about £2000 per month. More senior scientists can earn much more, however you can earn even more if you work outside of university. Most scientists don’t do science for the money as they can earn more doing other things!
