• Question: Why can some people remember dreams and others cant?

      Scientists are not entirely sure of this yet! One explanation is that you remember dreams better if you wake up during the sleep stage when you actually dream (there are 5 different stages that you cycle through during your sleep, and you only really see dreams in one of them). So it has been suggested people who tend to remember their dreams better react to sounds stronger, and as a result can be more likely to wake up during a dream. However this is just one theory! 🙂
