• Question: what part of our brain processes emotional words and how does it work?

      Emotions are very complicated, and so is our brain. It’s quite rare only one part would process one thing, but more often it’s a combination of different brain parts. For basic emotions, the most involved brain parts are called amygdala, cingulate gyrus and thalamus. The very front of our brain called the prefrontal area is involved in understanding emotions in a social context 🙂
