when i was young, in English it was antidisestablishmentarianism but it has probably been superceded!

Another great word that’s really long is: electroencephalographically
It refers to a way in which you can read brain waves to understand what’s happening in people’s skulls!

The longest word in pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, which is a lung disease.
There is also a joke that says the longest word is smiles, because it has a ‘mile’ in the middle. Terrible joke!
